Shipping
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days.
- Standard delivery: 4-7 business days. ₹79, or free on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Express delivery: 2-3 business days. ₹149 flat.
- Cash on delivery: available on all orders.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Delivery times can be longer for remote areas and during sale periods or public holidays.
Returns & exchanges
Not the right fit? You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached.
- Size exchanges are free. We'll pick up the original and send the new size.
- Returns are refunded to your original payment method, or by bank transfer / UPI for cash on delivery orders, within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.
- Sale items and items marked final sale cannot be returned, but can be exchanged for a different size.
How to start a return
Email hello@guitarstarclothing.com or use our contact form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason. We'll confirm and arrange a pickup.
Damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
